Our Core Initiatives: Hands, Hearts, Smiles in Action
Ephraim & Friends Foundation drives lasting change through four officially named initiatives. Each program delivers targeted, practical support to deprived and remote communities across Ghana, building healthier, educated, and empowered futures.
Pad-a-Girl Initiative
We provide free sanitary pads and menstrual health education to teenage girls and women, promoting dignity, preventing unsafe practices, and ensuring girls stay in school during their cycles. This initiative removes barriers and restores confidence one pad at a time.
The Wellness Initiative
We organize community health durbars, free medical screenings, health education sessions, and donations of essential medical supplies. This program strengthens community well being and brings vital health awareness to remote areas.
The CareCover Initiative
We support vulnerable individuals and families by renewing or providing health insurance coverage. This initiative ensures access to ongoing medical care and protects communities from the financial burden of illness.
Booked-for-the-Future Initiative
We donate stationery, school bags, books, and educational materials to students in underserved areas. By equipping children with the tools they need, we open doors to learning and bright futures for the next generation.
